Nipun has to his credit a decade’s experience in the business even before turning 30! Born and raised in New Delhi, schooled at the famous Modern School on Barakhamba Road, Nipun always had an eye for design and keen sense in business.

Nipun had to step into a working life at the tender age of 19 while simultaneously pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), one of the country’s premier design institutions.  The domain experience combined with the formal management training helped him develop a never-seen-before model in the work space / office space market.

Nipun sees AIHP as a bridge between what today’s commercial real estate developers deliver and what the end consumers need. His vision is to take AIHP to national and international success through scale-able partnerships and an aggressive go-to market strategy backed by proven competence in operational excellence.
